IMPACTStudent Ministries (Grades 6-12)

Youth growing in maturity. Growing in their love for God. Growing in their knowledge of God.

Revolution Youth is for students grades 6-12 to help them experience God’s revolution in their lives. Each year the youth participates in missions such as 4th Avenue lunch service in Louisville, various retreats, scouting and other fun events that build spiritual maturity!

Helpful Tips

  • Youth meets weekly beginning September 16th from 5:30 – 7:30pm each Sunday evening.
  • Meetings are located in the church cafe and warehouse.
  • We always have at least 2 people on staff to connect with, worship with, and teach the students.
  • Dinner is served at each gathering and then followed by games and Bible lesson.

What’s happening for IMPACTStudents of Revolution?

We’re back in action for 2018!

Youth group started back up for the 2018 school year on Sunday, Sept. 16th. It’s great to see everyone’s smiling faces. Our first week back, the youth voted on the events and curriculum for the upcoming year. The youth chose the curriculum topic of apologetics which will equip and encourage them to clearly and effectively explain why they believe what they believe. And, they’ll be prepared to respond to some of the world views they encounter. Our current topics are:

  • Sharing Your Faith, Nov. 4th
  • Understanding the Trinity, Nov. 11th
  • Knowing Who Jesus Is, Dec. 2nd
  • The Reality of the Resurrection, Dec. 9th

Registeration is due! Fall retreat at Camp Loucon Nov. 16th to Nov. 18th.

We’re staying at the private Wagner Cottage. We’ll take this time to delve deeper into God’s word with a focused study. There will be plenty of time for activities together as a group, quiet time alone, and time for basketball/hiking/etc. Go ahead, reserve your spot and share this event with friends so they can come, too!

Registration sign-up and payment is due by Thursday, Nov. 8th. Cost to attend is $75 per student and includes cost of transportation, lodging, 4 meals, evening snacks, and events of team building with dangle duo, hay ride, zip lining, and campfire with s’mores. We will meet at the church at 5:30pm on the 16th to ride together and will return to the church around 4:00pm on the 18th.
