Lessons From Inside Out

Joy, fear, sadness, envy, anxiety and embarrassment all live within us. How do these emotions connect us to God and one another? How can recognizing our emotions help us live more fully as followers of Jesus? One thing we know for sure: the Holy Spirit turns us inside out! In this series, we’ll meet some biblical ancestors and some of the characters from Disney Pixar’s movie Inside Out, which follows the emotions of a 13-year-old girl during a season of transition. We’ll see how they dealt with their emotions and where God was in the midst of all of it.
