Ordinary People

Visions, speaking in tongues, conversions, miraculous healings… the book of Acts is full of such legendary stories about the growth of the early church. Most of them feel out of this world, impossible to us today. We expect they could only happen through legends, martyrs, and saints. And yet, when we take a closer look to the book of Acts, we find extraordinary things came about through very ordinary, everyday people. How? Because of the Holy Spirit that was poured out and the ordinary people who said yes.
Join us this August as we follow some of the ordinary people who did extraordinary things and what they can say to the church today.
